“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews down but for the night I stayed here I just want to say how clean and amazing the rooms were but one thing that really got to me was how kind and caring Donna was. That day I went to check in I was already stressed and just needed a break from everything. And the thought of the bonus completely went over my head. Nevertheless she sorted something out for me and all was good. We need people like Donna because honestly she restored my faith in humanity. And I’ll be coming back without a doubt!!”

“Yesterday (9/1) was extremely hot in Melbourne, so we decided to stay here in Glengala as we don’t have air-conditioning at home. The price was fair, and we booked the family room, which had a good amount of space for us — 4 adults and 1 toddler. The bed mattress was very comfortable; it honestly reminded me of the Crown Hotel mattress (or maybe it’s just me ). Overall, it was a really good experience, and we would definitely come back again.”

“Staff were friendly. There is more than enough parking on site. Food was decent, not too expensive Room was good overall. Only really nit picky things like their queen is just 2 single mattress so you can fee the hard edge transition between them and sink in the middle and the shower exhaust is just opening a window with no mesh or anything to keep the bugs out, but for the price I can't really complain. I would stay again.”
